Today we need the anointing, gifts and the power of God.  
- Anointing is needed to establish your authority and your call 
- Gifts are needed to establish your credibility through signs and wonders and to serve others 
- Power of God is needed to witness, protect and to take possession. 

You are given your child in your hands to raise him, her as a Leader by 
- Becoming a more effective leader and administrator through organization, time management, communication, self-discipline, and leading by example.

We know God - through His Word, through the Holy Spirit, through the Person of Jesus, through the experiential knowledge.  Do we have the required time to know God, are we available to know God, are we willing to know God, do we walk closer enough to know God? 

A Disciple is someone who follows Jesus, being transformed or changed by Jesus and is committed to the Mission of Jesus.  Derived from the scripture -  Mark 1:17 Then Jesus said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men.”

We asked, Are we ready to serve? Looks like we are not, 
- As we are waiting for a perfect time to start - we said perfectionism is an internal oppression, causing us to fear in us, we need to cancel the internal voices we hear and speak within us saying, "I must start serving now"

God wants us to be rivers, not reservoirs. 
Reservoir keeps water, but river gives out water 
Water in a reservoir is stagnant, but river flows 
Reservoir gets contaminated easily, but river is not
