- God is calling us to something which is very important. God needs our full attention
- This invitation is for everyone who thirsts
- It is an open, but exclusive invitation for those who thirst
- It is not a natural invitation, it is a supernatural invitation as the one who is calling is God Almighty
But this invitation is a peculiar one as this invitation is exclusively for those who are thirsty, but have no money to buy even a drink.
- God is saying you are really spiritually bankrupt
- You have the thirst, but you don't have the required resource to satisfy your thirst
