Positive vulnerability is the willingness to be open and authentic by acknowledging one’s reality, faults, flaws, and failures, and showing emotional self-acceptance. It also means allowing oneself to be emotionally exposed with trusted individuals and with others when necessary. This fosters deeper connections, builds trust, and promotes personal growth.

• We don't need to hide our fear & frustrations inside, we can be vulnerable opening it up with God, trusted individuals and even with other, as needed.
• If we think we can handle it ourselves, God stops interfering and we lose the divine care that's needed.
• If we don't become vulnerable to glorify God through our testimonies, we lose our future blessings.
• Being vulnerable is essential in marriage as it creates closer, deeper, and more authentic bond among partners.
• Each couple must create a safe space where one can become vulnerable and openly share.
